At Blue&Cream, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on full-price, unworn merchandise with all original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided packing slip to ensure accurate processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
